Run Smart offers run coaching, running specific strength & conditioning coaching, and Podiatry assessment and management to help people meet running goals.
Run Smart aims to give people a self awareness of how their body moves when they run, enabling them to establish a more efficient running technique. This can be done by assisting runners to building strong foundations, reducing the risk of injuries that often occur with increases in running volume or intensity.
Run Smart offers a Running Assessment to identify specific areas which need improvement, and an individualised program to address each runners needs.
Run Smart also offers individual and small group coaching to improve running function. Run Smart is about helping everyday people enjoy running and meet their running goals.
